Team Garages
Miller Motorsports Park is now renting Team Garage units for 2009. The Team Garages are intended for both private and commercial use. We invite you to keep your car, bike, kart, tools, and trailer at Miller Motorsports Park. Not only will you be a few hundred feet from pit lane, as a Team Garage renter you will also enjoy access to all spectator events at Miller Motorsports Park.
The following amenities are included in each Team Garage.

• There are three garage heights - 10'8", 13'4", or 16' ceiling (all are 20' wide x 25' deep)
• Doors will have 12' clearance for 16' garages, 10' clearance for 13'4" garages & 8' clearance for 10'8" garages
• Power & water access
• Year round, 24-7 access
• Quick connect air supply
• Drive-through possibility (if two are rented)
• Gas heater
• Flat floors
• Manual doors, with a man door on the side for easy access
• Fire sprinkler system
• Exhaust fans
• Four fluorescent overhead lights per unit
• 5 electrical outlets per unit (208 volt included)
• Optional phone, internet, and satellite television

Cost-requires annual contract

• 16' Team Garage units are $650/month. ($7,800 annually)
• 13'4" Team Garage units are $600/month. ($7,200 annually)
• 10'8" Team Garage units are $500/month. ($6,000 annually)
• 3 additional access cards are available for each unit at $35/month. ($420 annually)
